Question by Sexyahoo: Anyone in TEXAS! Need reviews on W. Stephen Hernsberger – QDRO attorney?
My mom started up a QDRO case with this lawyer, payed him up front and now he is inaccessible. We are located in California. She has been trying to get a hold of him without success. My question is: does anyone out there know anything about this lawyer? He was once a family court judge. I very much doubt that he would taint his name for 0-0.

Just three things I can think of. Call him during normal business hours for the Central Time zone. Check with Directory Assistance for Austion to see if he has a new phone number. Normal Divorce rates in Texas are around ,000.00 for an average family law specialist. 0.00 – 0.00 would be 4 phone calls and a letter so he may be waiting for additional payment.
