Union Attorney? I need one who will represent me, a teacher, in dispute w/school re student harassing me?

I need an attorney experienced in dealing with school districts on behalf of teachers. (San Francisco buy prescription drugs Bay Area, CA)
It seems the regular employment attorneys don’t handle school/union issues. I’m being subject to harassment by a student and the school is making me put up with it; this is making for a hostile, stressfull, working environment. Also, the school has been ignoring my applications for other positions in the district–even to the point of hiring under-qualified ‘teachers’ from outside the district. I’m not the only teacher who is being treated this way, but I’m the only one with the guts to speak up. The union reps are new and inefectual, so I need to take care of this myself. Advice and attorney recommendations for dealing with this problem would be appreciated.
