Attorneys do not do anything for free.

No private practice attorney will review that document for free. Try your local Legal Aid office.
Start with the attorneys in the phone book that state ‘free consultation’
Don’t forget ‘paralegals’ they will decipher paperwork and file paperwork cheaper.
