Our Savior asked:
I heard attorneys try to go drugs online without prescription for people who aren’t too sharp and are easily persuaded, and judges go for people who are somewhat highly educated but don’t know too much about a case. So, they have to compromise and find jurors who are educated but don’t know anything about a particular case at hand.

For instance, in a tobacco (health) case, they’ll try to find a college graduate who has a degree in communications or engineering, which is pretty much irrelevant to health and tobacco.
