I live in Texas and got a ticket 2 months ago and was granted deferred disposition meaning that if i do not get another ticket with in 90 Buy Viagra days it will be dismissed… however i just received another… i have heard of people paying a lawyer to possibly "work deals" with the judges to get something dismissed or reduced… anyone know what a lawyer could possibly do for me? Is it worth it?

You pretty much got your deal with the deferred dispostion. I used to be a law student, and from what I can tell you your best bet is to accept responsibility for what you did. Once you get a deal like that and you mess up again, a judge is going to be much less likely to want to give you another chance because in his eyes you already got a second chance and you kind of messed it up. A lawyer will charge you more than what it is worth (remember for them they won't do anything unless the make some money), and you will probbaly still end up paying a fine. Call the judge and see if you can talk to him yourself, accept responsiblity, admit you messed up, and maybe lighten up on the foot a little bit. Good luck to you.
