immigration lawyers
Lauren asked:

This is concerning the I-9 Employment Eligibility online drugs no prescription Verification forms that employees fill out at the time of hire.

(Please imagine that you are working at a law firm.)
I am wondering if these forms should stay within the administration department (meaning the forms shouldn’t step out from the administration office) or if the immigration practice group at the law firm you are working at has the right to have copies of the forms that your co-workers have filled out at their time of hire.
Are there any immigration lawyers that might be able to respond to my question?
