Question by BK M: How do I inform a District Attorney of some fraudulent activity that has gone unnoticed by the public?
I have some information on an individual who was accepting donations from the public that were “100% for charity,” and later suspiciously changed it to “50% for charity.” Is this something I could tell a District Attorney to hopefully look into further? If so, is there a specific way to go about doing that (special document filing, etc)?

Just call the DA’s office to report it.

In some states, the state Attorney General prosecutes fraudulent “charities”.
